My top economic priorities include supporting our small businesses through access to capital and resources, investing in job training programs that align with the needs of our growing industries (including federal facilities), and advocating for infrastructure improvements that facilitate commerce and reduce commute times. I will also work to attract new businesses to the district and ensure that our federal employees and contractors have stable, well-paying jobs.

The rising cost of housing, groceries, and everyday necessities is a significant concern. I will advocate for policies that make housing more affordable, explore tax relief options for middle-class families, and work to bring down healthcare and prescription drug costs. I also believe in ensuring fair wages and protecting workers' rights to help families make ends meet.

Everyone deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare. I support strengthening the Affordable Care Act, protecting coverage for pre-existing conditions, and exploring options to lower prescription drug costs. I also believe in supporting our local healthcare providers and ensuring mental health services are readily available.
