Thousands of dedicated federal employees, military personnel, and contractors work tirelessly here, pushing the boundaries of defense technology. As federal budget cycles approach, it is paramount that we protect and enhance the resources allocated to "Pax River."

My Commitment: As a veteran, I deeply understand the critical role NAS Patuxent River plays in our national security and the livelihoods it supports in communities like Lexington Park and Leonardtown. I will be a fierce advocate in Congress for sustained investment in Pax River, ensuring our base remains at the forefront of naval aviation and that our federal workforce and military families receive the benefits and support they deserve. We must safeguard against any efforts to downsize or reduce the critical capabilities housed right here in St. Mary's.
